What happens after I get started?
Once you sign up, you’ll need to complete your profile by filling in the required fields and uploading mandatory documents such as licences and insurance.
After verification, you’ll gain access to Chekku’s suite of business resources, templates, and job opportunities suited to your trade and location.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, we understand that circumstances can change. Here’s how to cancel your subscription:
- Notification: Notify us in writing at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.
- Procedure: Send an email to support@chekku.com with the subject “Subscription Cancellation” and include your details.
- Commitment Terms: You are committed to the 12-month subscription, whether paying upfront or in weekly instalments. You can cancel at any time, but the remaining balance for the term agreed upon must be honoured. No additional cancellation fees apply.
- Access After Cancellation: You will retain access to Chekku features until the end of your billing period.
- Feedback: We value your feedback and would appreciate your comments on why you chose to cancel.
Can I apply to as many opportunities as I want?
Yes, you can apply for as many opportunities as become available. However, priority is given to paid members, so upgrading your membership provides access to unlimited opportunities.
What are some of the templates and documentation that will be available when I join?
